Do you notice something different in our classroom? Mrs. Doiron has shortened the legs on our tables and removed the chairs. That's right, the children are sitting on the floor at their tables. We are doing this for awhile on a trial basis. So far, the students enjoy doing their school work in this new position. After a month or two, the children will "vote" to determine whether we will keep the tables like this or raise them back up and bring back the chairs. Ask your child what his/her opinion is about this.
